Reisen Udongein Inaba
Intersection of Districts 5, 6, and 12 Reisen paused her illusory assault as the madman pulled out a submachine gun and dispersed a good chunk of her clones, still fumbling a little as she grasped for whatever it was she was looking for. The bullets did little to faze him, it seemed... Which was to be expected, to be quite honest; even if they were only meant to damage, there was only so much she could do to a madman who had (in all likelihood) lost all sense of the word 'pain'. What confused her was the anachronism of the weapons that he held; a fantasy blade, a submachine gun, and now... A magic book? What kind of nonsense--?! "You're kidding..." the rabbit said through gritted teeth as she redirected her pistol at the disc of water rushing at her face and fired towards that instead. The magic collided with her attack and the two cancelled each other out, which Reisen was quite thankful for. But where was the-- "Oh! Geez, I'm such an idiot!" She had been searching the wrong half of her suit this entire time. Of course. Now fishing through the CORRECT location, Reisen pulled out a single card, which was now glimmering an eerie red as it shone in the sunlight. The color of the Lunarian's eyes, too, began to glow as she remained flying above head. After firing a beam of energy from her eyes to buy her a few moments, Reisen took a deep breath and shouted. "'Illusion Wave "Red-Eyed Hypnosis'!" Calling out the name of her attack, the card in Reisen's hand glowed brighter before disappearing. Immediately after, the rabbit shot a giant ring of bullets from her position before a giant pair of red eyes (an image of her own) appeared behind herself as an illusion, the initial ring of bullets seemingly phasing out of existence and splitting into two before the illusory eyes disappeared. She then proceeded to fire five more rings before doing the same with them, repeating the latter sequence over and over as bullets seemed to flood the skies, constantly distorting and multiplying even further every few seconds. "Maybe if this knocks him out I can inject some sanity back into that head of his and figure out what the heck's going on..." [@Kafka Komedy]

Sogiita Gunha
District 10 The sight of something plummeting through the sky caught Gunha's eyes as he continued to walk down the street, completely oblivious to the people quietly tailing him from a distance and murmuring about what he had just done (and, by extent, what sleeping bear he had poked by doing that). The impact of said something making as much of a shockwave as it did, though, caused pretty much everyone following behind him to run for the hills, almost as if an apocalypse was on the horizon. Well, the esper couldn't really blame them for that, but as a heavy advocate for guts it was only natural to check out what had caused such an earthquake. Taking a deep breath and squatting a few times to warm up his legs, Gunha took a deep breath and launched himself into the sky to see what the cause of it all was. His surprise when he saw the decent-szed crater in the ground with a rather large person lying in the middle of it was moderate enough, but was gone by the time he fell back down to the ground. Whoever it was, they seemed wounded, which warranted some degree of closer inspection. But by now, he had no room for the leisurely pace he was walking at; now, he was off running, jumping over houses as if they were no more than hurdles on a track. "This is definitely something that I can't afford to overlook! Gotta have guts to survive a dive like that!" [@Lmpkio]
