[@BingTheWing] Chiss I don't touch with a thousand foot pole, they don't tend to do exiles as they're a tight nit community.  The only one to ever interact with the galaxy out of Chiss space was Thrawn and he always had a reason for doing it. Chiss were secret, they didn't go just 'kicking people out'.

Don't mind a Sapper, but Chiss is a position I'm unwilling to move from.
