Alright so we have a fourth. Which is the minimum I was waiting for to proceed with. If anyone new is reading this i will happily accept additional people right up until the moment the RP starts or I reach that 8-9 player cap. 

For a small group of four this is a good team size. For squad leadership I was going to handle it one of two ways. Either myself or a potential co-gm plays an experienced scout sergeant. Or, and a part of me likes this idea for the character development. But one of you would still play a new recruit but given a limited command opportunity in the form of this half squad. You still wouldn't be a scout sergeant. Just someone selected by the recognition of a spark of potential leadership material in the future should you survive to become a full marine.
