Trinity is a safe bet as a friend, she doesn't like being negative and she's a hard worker; once she finds out that we have water issues she could apply her talent for building things to create a cistern to feed into the pipes. She just needs people who are willing to follow directions so that they can use her construction level to find where the river is higher than the bunker and bring it in using gravity just like the romans did
