Taken as a hostage for ransom, the ship you're on is attacked by a huge sea monster, you and one of the pirates washing ashore, forced to work together to stay alive with the many dangers that lurk in the unknown jungle. Your Character Role choices: Either a Merchants Daughter, or a Noble/Princess. The only ones I don't do are eating and scat/urine Some world lore - Magic exists, practiced by Nobles and Cults - ESP exists (mind reading, levitating objects, mind tricks, etc), possessed by 99% of Nobility, not common among the regular citizens - Steam power exists, which means electricity, freezers, steam ships, etc - Beast Folk like Kadahaj are rare. Not rare to the point of myth, but rare enough someone can go only seeing one or two in their lifetime.
