[@Delta44] A priest at the local church more or less. There's a church in pretty much every settlement, even the smaller ones. Including Shezze though he one in shezze will be just a small tiny chapel. Naturally in Belizarius are the giant cathedrals and temples.

 [@Dark Light] It's the same question as why every village in our world has/had churches. It's just how religion is. Though in this case it's more the case of the church just trying to keep a close eye on Zalu. Local church -> spy hq.
