Helena's breath caught in her throat at hearing the nervousness in Cecilia's voice.  How could Helena possibly think she wasn't afraid of her anymore?  Of course Cecilia was still scared of her!  Helena looked down at her own empty plate of food and felt a little sick.  Helena sat down and found it hard to look Cecilia in the face.  Did she make Cecilia nervous even in her human form?
