Name: Amos Garvey Age: 27 Gender: Male Appearance: https://gyazo.com/57d3d6a9b5a43845de5a0c38540e1125 Born in a high G gravity well, Garvey was a couple inches under average height, but he made up for it with as strong and imposing of a physique as he could manage, his previous job had required it. His features had never been considered particularly charming. Attributes: Certified as a Medical Technician and trained in the use of firearms and basic combatives, Amos was more suited to life as a ground and pounder. However, he excelled at flying his TIE Fighter in atmosphere whether it was in the simulator or on training flights. Amos appreciated the CAS capabilities his aircraft had and the prospect of fighting enemy fighters mere feet above trees and terrain where aerodynamics made sense to him. In space where there was no up or down, Amos barely made the minimum requirements to be considered flight worthy. Occasionally helpful but most often a hindrance, he was addicted to prescription strength stims and pain-killers. Personality: When it came to anything Amos deemed uninterested or unimportant, he was lazy to a fault. His pre-flight exams had shown this however, he prided himself on being dependable and resourceful when shit hit the fan. Around people he knew and considered "one of the good guys", Garvey was if anything gruff but kind hearted. Strangers received the same cold stare he practiced everyday working for Tychos. Possessing a strong moral compass when it came to caring for and protecting anyone he loved or considered a friend, but that's where it ended. He was known to frequent drug dens and gambling houses on leave. Biography: Amos had found his niche in life, or so he thought until he was fired from the Tychos Corporation. His job title had been Defensive Security Specialist/Medical Technician. To put it in layman's terms, Amos had cracked heads for Tychos when the local belt miners had gotten out of line, and even patched a few up when it suited the company. Shortly after his contract was terminated for taking some company medical supplies on the side for his own use, Amos found out that his girlfriend of a measly 3 months was pregnant. With a dwindling savings account and no options, Amos Garvey enlisted in the Imperial Navy. His ideas of grandeur and self-worth had convinced him that with his skill set, he would land a job in Naval Intelligence or perhaps as a Medical Technician, but the TIE Fighter program was the only interesting job his recruiter had been able to land him. Disgruntled, destitute, and homesick. Amos Garvey began his career in the Imperial Navy.
