Marcus had taken a short couple of months to embark in Police Training before the Magic's return affected him, giving him small, but able combat training and a strong will.

[color=Silver][i]Marcus was raised under a middle-classed family, alongside two siblings. His father, Adrian, worked along as a general, small-time musician and his mother, Rita, had her own place within the Police Force. Both of his parents' backgrounds and careers inspired him in many different ways, making him take up Musical practices as a hobby whilst sharing the interest and goals of something similar towards his mothers: Anything that served for the people. This developed into Marcus owning three separate instruments, all with reasonable or impressive playing levels; these included the Bass Guitar, French Horn, Piano and Tuba. Whilst studying these musical backgrounds, he focused on his main goal to achieve a place within the services.

After much thinking time went through, Marcus grew close to his Mother and her position within the Police force, and by the time he had to move to another state, he enlisted almost a year before the incident of the Magic's return. Here, he began to train and expand his smaller capabilities that went into the categories of physical and theoretical advancement. It was all going so swiftly and smoothly at this point in time, where he was confident that nothing would finally go wrong in his seemingly average life. His future held a good career, potential good wife and kids, potential good home. It was all he could've asked for, if he were actually going to go down that path.

During the celebration of the New Year, Marcus had offered to partake in extra-service time by staying on a lengthy probation-duty over the course of the night. It'd increase his reputation, after all. Meanwhile, during his visit to the break-room mid-shift, the visions of slightly disfigured and blurry images of angelic beings obscured his vision and mind, exclaiming that he was to become something far more important than what he destined, or was destined, to become. How he chose to do this, was down to him as a person. The surge of power was exhilarating and difficult to take in, but after time passed, a lengthy amount of time, he somehow came to the ability of what schools to pick. And once that was done, sudden knowledge that he had not known before flowed into his mind and introduced him to very new things, indeed.

Once he was awoken, an accidental demonstration of one of his abilities led to mass confusion and panic from fellow work-mates within the staff-room. And without much time taken, he was swiftly taken into custody for examination.

What happened here is mostly kept behind locked doors and interrogation rooms, where Marcus had to explain what he'd felt, thought and understood. Law enforcement contacted higher governmental authorities and organisations to see if they could make much sense of what he had. But mid-way through another set of questions from fellow intelligence agencies, he received an anonymous message from someone who introduced themselves as 'Gavin'. After discussions took place, noticing similarities to Marcus' story, they began to convince Marcus of becoming a new 'Investigator' for said intelligence agencies. After relieving him of his Police duties, not fully finishing training, he was set back to an ordinary citizen, who received small, but useful dosages of money transferred into his Bank Account every-so often.

It was unfortunate that the message hadn't arrived earlier. For the 'investigation', Marcus found himself being used for whatever the Government already knew about these 'odd-magical occurrences'.[/i][/color]

[color=Silver][i][b][u]Blind Movement - Timespace[/u][/b]
Through slowing time perception down massively, Marcus can move, seemingly quickly, around to avoid danger or to beat time at short-to-medium ranges, either through bursts or single strides. A thin, grey smoke-trail leads behind where he moves, and a thin-smoke representation of his pose before casting stays where he was before. Others cannot be harmed during this spell, only before or after.

[b][u]Skin of Armour - World[/u][/b]
Upon casting, a certain, concentrated area of the body can be surrounded by a thick layer of dense rock and stone. This can be used to either absorb impacts, dangers or, if shattered by larger forces, to gives Marcus a second chance to react. Works best, and stronger, when focused on smaller body segments, rather than a whole body.

[b][u]Wave of Earth - World[/u][/b]
Working better when in threatening or disadvantages situations, the ground can be [url=https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/de/Wave_rock.jpg]arced [/url] over his head, in order to gain protection. This can go 7ft upwards, and 5ft outwards, but not curve around his body, only facing the direction of where it was casted.

[b][u]Bolt of Shock - World[/u][/b]
A non-lethal spell, this ranged attack can shock more vulnerable individuals to the point where they stiffen through smaller volts of Lightning-Sourced elements and shake from simple shock, as if electrified, yet without the lethal drawbacks.

[b][u]Bolt of Crystal - World[/u][/b]
Much like the previous Bolt, it produces a ranged shot that can be indirectly fired from the caster's hands. The difference is, the shot is made of a thick, sharp pike-shaped crystal substance to act as a piercing shot.

[b][u]Smoke-Stack - World[/u][/b]
Upon casting, a large cloud of smoke, vapour and non-toxic, visible gases are emitted in a spherical shape around Marcus. Spreading to up-to 15 metres in radius, Marcus being the centre, in all directions, it allows him to gather visible cover from other individuals.[/i][/color]
