Again, posting in the OOC of the combat thread is not only practical, but something I encourage. 

My character has the ability to not be affected by a singular loud noise coming from the explosion going off at a distance big enough to not cause physical harm upon his body, yes. At tier 5, eardrums can take that shit. Else we'd all be running around with protective earplugs, lest we go deaf when we fire our own guns at 120++ decibel.
