That's cause Serg is awesome and takes care of Rhi. Like the first thing that he will do is apologize too. 

I think that they likely have people that are already there, or at least three so they can keep a watch over their captives. But of course their teams would be there too.

Well he's rich haha. I actually went away from some fancier houses. And he had Tara living with him for a time too.
