So I don't have time to read everything in the in game section due to work, would it be possible to get a summery of what is going on and what has happened? Also is it safe to say that the outside world is just in pieces? Like stereotypical apocalypse pieces or just everything sucks more then usual and there is no real functional government kind of bad? Or how is that situation I guess?

Also, what is common knowledge right now? This being in terms of what is known as of how the monsters and other creatures work? What is the town's position on refugees right now? And is there any form of leadership going on with in the town to try and keep things together or is everyone out on their own right now?

There may be more questions but that is the real base of what I would like to know to help get things started on a character or two.
