No more significant than the delay already would be due to all the data I've needed to recover this last week. The PC started up again without any major problems for once, so I'm more or less in the same place I was prior to the power failure (which has, as you can all imagine, been fixed sooner than expected) happening, apart from my mood being worse.

Overall, things could've been a lot worse, but they could be a lot better too. Pretty much 'life', right?
