I love the idea but cannot commit to helping right now if it requires going through every interest check in your section for a week. That said i did have an idea.

Maybe the people who get involved form a skype group and at the end of the week they go through the interest checks that were posted that week as a group and discuss which one(s) should be picked? Just a thought that might lessen the workload.
