She looked around, finding that the others were pairing off as well. After the counselors stated the rule regarding campers not going in cabins of the opposite gender, she was glad that kind of separation didn't apply to group activities like this. She wondered if a change of clothes would be necessary for canoeing, but she figured, if nothing else, a life vest should do in a pinch. Turning back to James and Neric with a growing smile, she believed her inexperience wouldn't have bothered them that much. But there was always a chance that they had a competitive side she didn't know about.
