[b]Short Bio:[/b] Nothing but a very long and drawn out military career filled to the brim with erased records and lots and lots of redacted op files. For what it's worth, he's tried retiring... twice. But it was to no avail.

[b]Skills/Flaws:[/b] Whatever his enigmatic military career entailed, it apparently forged Mustang into perhaps the best damned soldier in the world. Infiltration, espionage, extensive CQC and firearms training, military history and tactics - both conventional and guerilla. The man is basically a walking Swiss Army knife of military skills and tactics, with what is now decades of experience with which to hone and master those skills. He also has an eerily intimate knowledge and understanding of how magic works for the most part, despite magic itself being a "new" thing. How and when he acquired such knowledge is - naturally - classified.
