Despite the circumstances, he slept like a rose last night. Although the only thing that even showed him that it was in fact not night, was the digital watch that he put around his arm as he climbed out of bed. He always hated being in a hospital, let alone sleep in one, there was too much sickness and death. But after everything that happened yesterday, Felix hoped that he would wake up in his apartment, his dogs sleeping at the floorboard of his bed. It was a futile thing to hope for, and the stuffed toy and his lovecraftian dolls must have found it despairingly delightful. At least the decorations made the room a little bit less dull. Then there were those god awful presents that Monokuma ‘gifted’ to us. Nothing good could come out of it, and for a while Felix didn’t know what to do with it. But after staring at it for a while, he decided that keeping it a secret would only cause more people to distrust him instead of one person. With that sentiment he reached out for the box and carefully pulled of the cover in a defensive state, it could be a nasty surprise. “An encased golden sword?” How very ambiguous. Felix tried to remember all of the names and descriptions that flashed on the monitor back in the elevator, but none got even close to match this gift. Before anything he tried to test if the blade was sharp. He reached out and softly swept his index finger across the edge, at least the sword was dull. Although Calvin could probably sharpen it up with ease, it didn’t seem like it fitted Calvin, so now it’s back to square one. And with no other choice then going out and asking the others, he decided to leave his room. He should get to know them anyway if they were to be stuck here for a while. The first thing he noticed when he opened his door, was Shona walking away from Davis across the hall. As good a start as any. he thought while closing the door behind him. Felix’s eyelids hadn’t completely opened yet although he already had the carefree look that he usually sports. “Hey…” He waved towards Davis with his right hand as he walked towards him holding the sword in his left. “If you don’t mind? I have a question about the gifts that ‘Dr. Killgood’ gave us.” He looked at the beads that Davis held in his hands as put his hand forward, showing his own gift. A yawn escaped his mouth as he put his back against the wall next to Davis. “I was hoping you could take a guess as to who could be the lucky person to receive this sword from me.” Davis looked troubled, more so than yesterday. Felix knew however that asking questions too soon would only get on peoples nerves, so he pretended not to notice until Davis and him were at least on a first-name basis.
