Luh-maow. Add a W sound at the end of the O and pronounce the U as in "dumb" or "bum" or "rum" or "dumb bum drinkin' rum, dancin' fun"

Suulaliva is pronounced exactly as it is spelled. The double U's is said like in "vacuum" but without the y sound. Soo-la-[b]liv[/b]-a.
