1) I got round to editing Ella's backstory and my earlier posts with her. She grew up around smaller beauty shows, but still has an interest in contests (she's aiming pretty high). Is that ok?

2) I'm planning an organisation and a skilled character. (This isn't the research organisation... well, it is technically about research, but a specific kind.) What are the guidelines for both?
