Dawkin Trustram
[@PlatinumSkink] Dawkin was worried about a swarm of zubats attacking him but for whatever reason they avoided him, not bothering to question why Dawkin kept moving forward, the angry roar from behind only spurring his efforts onward. His own splashing was joinged by something more quiet and much faster. Dawkin looked for anything that could help him out of his current situation and saw... a stupid looking blue Pokemon. What were those called, Junior Whoopers or something? Dawkin would've ordinarily had no interest in catching one, however circumstances dictated otherwise. It's coloration alone marked it as a water Pokemon and Dawkin would take the chance for what it was, immediately snatching a Greatball from his sash of Pokeballs and hurling it at the Pokemon. Getting a water Pokemon would allow him to fight the Ducklett, or at least stall it long enough for him to get to solid ground. Dawkin grabbed the Greatball as it was still shaking, hoping it would give the final *click* that signaled the Pokemon was caught. What moves would a wild water Pokemon know? Tackle, Water Gun, Tail Whip? It had to at least know Tackle right?
