[@Joshua Tamashii] Heh. There were numerous additional factors that led to Jacques interest. I will say that he could tell most of Amelia's character with a single look and fill in a bit more with what Kalmia said, so although he doesn't know exact details he felt he understood enough for now. Ren... acted a bit unexpectedly, and there are a couple of greater unknowns that awoke his interest. It has a bit more to do with her character, too. Her actions hinted at something, and he can't tell what it is and he can't tell where she came from. In any case. It's a special case, no need to worry.
