Yeah I agree completely with the boss lady! Only thing I'll say is the experiment happened about two weeks ago, so characters would just be manifesting their powers, that's why I neglected to put anything about the powers in my super powered character's history since he's had his powers such a short duration of of time that it hasn't made a major impact on his history.

I'm gonna suggest most of the super powered characters start off in the same city for interaction purpouses, mine will be in Atlanta. However people have gained powers across the world so you can start anywhere you'd like.

Also if you wanna reserve a power, I'll let you for like 48-72 hours to allow time to work on a CS, and I'll mention which ones are reserved in the first post.
