[@Ryougu] Accepted! However, I made a mistake in the Character creation section -- I hadn't intended for anyone to save up for the highest Tier of Artifacts. Sorry about that, especially if this ruins plans further down the line.

Once your reconfigure your Artifact(s) you'll be good to go.
