[@Turboshitter]I really have nothing to comment on until you finish your sheet. The powers are very risky but devastating if done correct, and while I'm not a fan of pure eye's ability to look back into the past of anyone I don't see really any way to properly nerf it.

Edit: Also that is bull shit. Fate/Zero came out first that's like saying Star Wars the Old republic is canon and not the star wars movies.
