Third years and second years were being taken to their dorms to unpack and socialise with their new or old roommates. The first years however (hint: Every player controlled character) were being taken elsewhere in an orderly fashion. Well as orderly as teenagers got anyway. They were split into gender from there, girls went in a single file line into a room to the left of the hall. Males went right. They would enter the room one by one and approach what seemed to be a glass, cylindrical container with a strange looking bird inside of it. It seemed much like a crow, but unlike most crows this one wore a white suit which looked more like a pair of overused underwear, wore swirly glasses and was smoking a cigar. Yes, a cigar. Some students struggled to see the crow when it was their turn due to the fact it was smoking in an inclosed space, but it didn't seem to bother the crow none. There was a teacher standing next to the crow with a clipboard and pen and would write down each student's verdict by the Crow. It was soon Cody's turn to walk up to the crow. As with every other student before him he placed one hand on the glass and the crow seemed to glow brightly for a second. It was analysing his abilities, experiences, personality, disposition, etc. to make one is usually a 99% accurate prediction of his future occupation. After a moment the crow now began to speak in a high pitched, robotic sounding voice. "Transfer Number #027: Cody Rennie. No health Issues. Future Occupation...." The crow seemed to pause for a moment, almost as if in disbelief before continuing. "Unknown. I cannot predict #027 Cody Rennie's occupation, too many variables, too clouded. Next please." The teacher beside the Crow looked down in disbelief at such an outcome. As was Cody to be frank. There had been very few instances of this Crow failing to read a person. And generally the reasons weren't good. The teacher decided to send Cody away for now and told him to return later to see if this was just an error.
