[@MonkeyBusiness]What do you think if the elves and your lizardmen have a semi-hostile and rivalizing relations with each other? Just to add some variety and an impetus to me to be involved with something out of my borders.
Let's say the previous Queen circa 300 years ago even attempted to invade you. We can build this "relationship" further if you want but so far that's what I thought about. You might also involve [@Serpentine88] in it.
