I live in Atlanta, and we've got lots of crime here, it's one of the biggest places for drugs in the US because we have the number 1 airport, and lots of drugs flow through our highways, so I know there's lots of gangs, cartels, and mafia's here. It wouldn't be too much of a stretch to have a Russian criminal presence here I've only seen the Italian Mafia down here but I'm also not in the Mafia so I wouldn't know all the criminals groups active here haha.

Seems like we need Agent Sera to investigate all these criminals popping up haha.
