Seyrun does Runes, it's just that Ansuz is the most commonly used attack Rune on Typemoon verse and the only one with a clear cannon effect meant to hurt. That's why I began with a fire attack but she can easily do a lot of other stuff. Such a shame that magi are usually idiots to disregard the clear versatily and advantages of Rune Magic.
