See you ask me that and somehow I completely just like didnt specify. He is just....there.....if i need to change where Kieran is i can edit but i dont know atlanta well ive only ever lived in fort benning and gordan and wasnt really ever allowed off base so....yea. Ill be honest again i didnt read sera's character sheet i just saw u mention something about sera and atlanta. kinda eating at the moment so my bad for not paying more attention.
