She had been the second red-eyed wolf at the camp site. Connor was beyond questioning things now. It seemed liek this whole night was bundling up to destroy his knowledge of the scientific world in one go. It was simply easier to go with the flow, rather then try and figure it all out, for now. Maybe later. When it would, hopefully, all start to make sense. Shifting slightly, the roar the woman made-god lord, it was loud-seemed to echo through him, a part of him wondering why it seemed to hit checks and balances of...obediance, as he almost possessively wrapped an arm around Kaylee, looking away from the woman. Her roar seemed to defuse everything, the angry teen seeming to lose it all, and submit to the simple commend, backed up by...who knew what. It was a relief, for a few moments he had thought that something bad might happen. Even as the will to submit flowed over him, Connor knew he wasn't going to do anything, if it meant he couldn't be with Kaylee. Because he knew that, beyond a doubt, Kaylee was the reason he lived. His gaze drifted to the pink haired girl, that had been the centre of why the boy was angry, and now seemed to be the reason he wasn't. So maybe he wanted to figure out one thing, to have an answer. He would have to find some time to speak with the girl, and find out just how she came about the Vos last name. That would be for later, however. it didn't seem wise to push the slightly wolfish woman, at least at the moment.
