Viper took deep breaths as soon as she was out of the water. She was able to hold her breath for a long time but that didn't mean she didn't need oxygen. "Thanks, sweetpea," she said, looking up at Trick whom just scoffed, rolling his eyes. He didn't say anything in response as he shook the water off his hair and arms. Then he walked over to Hydrotic to put power-restraining cuffs on the villain. 
There was a gust of wind that rolled over Viper that came from the incoming cop cars, making her shiver. She was suddenly cold, finding that the water had sapped some of her warmth. And like a snake, she needed to be under some source of heat to regain that warmth. Viper ringed out her long, dark curls before she walked over to Agent.
