Agent kept citizens away from the possibly electrified water, just in case.  Many people were afraid of her and listened our of fear of being another victim.  "I guess power does come in fear," she muttered to herself, directing citizens away from the water.  She then heard familiar heels clicking towards her direction.  "How are you feeling?"
