-Ella- For salads, the Rainbow Salad is the best, both in variety and "synergy", if you like to think of salad that way. My favourite sandwich combo is chopped vela with wesio treacle--vela is the meat; wesio is the fruit; treacle is a syrupy fruit spread. For entrées, your best bet is anora pasta with vela meatballs, if you'd like something salty and sweet.
