Completely! I joined one right and had my character there and ready to go, and the others were the same. Then the guy put up the first post and I posted then nothing... For a whole month! I was posting in the OOC seeing if anyone was still there and wen the guy who started it didn't reply... So I took my character and post down... Such a bummer cause it was a good story line...

And not to mention the ouran rp we both went for...
