As far as I am concerned, and this is me, myself... 
People make mistakes posting, miscommunications happen, people joke OOC, people get confused, bad days happen. The mark of a good RP is if we realize the majority of the time we're having fun, so it's worth tanking. 

If someone is truly not having a good time, no hard feelings going. If you're having a good time, woo! Stay. If anyone has any questions, concerns, even ideas for the campaign or your character, PM me. I hope that, these past few months, I've been helpful and easy going more than anything.
