Man, haven’t seen you around in ages, Pot. Been awhile.

Anyway, given the setting is Konohagakure I want to restrict players to make ideas [i]from[/i] the village initially. Conceptually, we might be able to work with people who want to play around once we have enough people to make the village feel developed. This is because people tend to make Konoha the center of immigration in these type of RPs which has always been a pet peeve of mine.
