[@Lady Selune]  Ah.  how long did it take to earn those?  I'd think the Stormbreakers would get training, but that isn't feasible with the Swiss Army, and there were only two weeks for training max -- minus travel time -- after the formation of the Westminster group.  I imagine it took some time for it to be approved, and then for news to spread.  So...it might or might not make sense for them to have their wings yet.  What do you think?  They are fully trained soldiers but I'm not sure beyond that.
