[@POOHEAD189] There are several different job levels based on how much experience one has and some other criteria (as far as I know) and each level comes with its own level of payment. Given that this is the first real job in my life after school, studies and whatnot and I've picked it up 4 months ago you can probably guess which level I am ^^

However its a flextime system as well, so I can get my time back by leaving earlier on other days.
