[@kingkonrad] Alternatively, if you wanted to play up a Willas/Sansa friendship, Willas could be the Master of Coin while Merlin cuts his teeth as acting lord in Highgarden. That seems to be how it usually works when a Lord becomes a member of the Small Council, his heir takes up duties of Lord of the holding. This is probably done so the more experienced political agents do well in King's Landing while their heir learns how to rule at home. But it is up to you.

[@bloonewb] No problem, there wasn't too much you could react to but I got a strong sense of William's character. We can definitely collab, feel free to PM your thoughts on how William's arc can proceed. Though I also left the door open for William, Ser Towers, and the Band of Seven to all RP together.
