Appearance: Standing at six foot tall and pretty muscular, he is a pale skined man with bright red hair, blue eyes and a scar across the middle of his face. He keeps his hair long and has a beard stubble.

Profession: Bodyguard/Caravan guard.

Equipment: Wears white leather armour and chainmail thats painted white. Instead of a sword he carries a war axe with a spiked head. Has a wooden shield with a howling red bear head on a white background painted onto it. Carries a few bear claws around on a necklace around his neck.

Skills: He can fight, whether he be in armour or out of it, with a weapon or without one.

He knows how to survive in the wilderness, make a fire, make traps etc.

He knows how to spot an ambush and when something looks dangerous.

Biography: Descended from one of the last of the Freefolk, he was born at the start of the rule of Jon and Daenerys. His mother died in child birth and his father died in the War for the Dawn, so he was left alone and orphaned. He was raised by among the other Free Folk with the rest of the orphans, and was known for protecring the little kids against the bigger ones. When one kid was getting picked on or beaten on, Ruger would jump in to protect them, usually shouting and roaring at the top of his lungs. Because of his protective nature, his size and his roar as well as his hair, he was given the name Redbear which he uses as a last name.

When he was 14, he joined a merchant caravan in order to travel and see the world. Though for the most part it was peaceful, there were times he was required to get violent, either with a customer trying to steal, or a bandit trying to kill them. When he was 18, he decided to go on his own, traveling from town to town for a while and taking jobs as a guard for people and caravans. 

Now, at the age of 24, he still looks for work and collecting coin in the hopes that he may one day create a small mercenary band of his own to protect people.

Notes: He has made a friend or three on the road and knows who to go to for work.

He is extremely loyal to the rest of what remains of the Free Folk as well as to House Stark.
