Modern Saints are pretty scare in numbers and tend to have an extremely powerful weapon of some kind(for example, a replica of Dragon Slaughter Ascalon can level a building in a single blow and that's the [i]weak[/i] version), but a Saint's Tool might not necessarily be something so powerful.

It's probably safer to go with a Church agent of some kind, however.
