I know it's not my turn, but are we out of combat? I'm thinking about my next post and mechanically it has quite a few actions I wouldn't be able to do in one turn. Going to have Ntaj walk back to his tent, pile on some furs, and get back to Sana with furs to warm her up. And maybe find somewhere to wipe all this blood off of him.
