[@Lucius Cypher] Might want to remember that Kyra is currently holding Sana wrapped in a cloak by the fire and running her arms to try to stimulate her friend awake (while Thomas is trying to drown her) - and Keystone is right there. Even getting a fur to Sana would take a lot. She's basically surrounded on four sides already.
