Texans only really like commissars that are other Texans, Priests are basically born again Baptists who worship the Emperor as their lord and saviour, Texans and the mechanicus [i]really[/i] don't mix due to the Texan's highly unusual gear that they refuse to share with the techheads, and psykers are psykers.
