Also, to answer your question, [@Lucius Cyphe] was the one working on consumables and item tables, maybe you should ask him.

On my end, they are indeed a thing, though you have to make them up as well, at least until further regulations are put in place. The spell cards are cool super rare items that have powerful effects added to them (really, they are Touhou spell cards) but you can only use one of them per day Mmm
