[@MrDidact] The only problem with the two regions mentioned by you specifically would require the removal of the lore houses currently there. House Mallery at Byford, and House Chelsted at Bramsfort. (Chelsted may have been wiped out when Aerys II had it's lord executed, much in the same manner as House's Darklyn and Hollard, but I am going to error on the side of it probably only being just the Lord Chelsted, and not his family. {http://www.westeros.org/Citadel/Heraldry/Entry/House_Chelsted/Spoilers/}) The best location I can think of without displacing a current family would be Duskendale/Hollard Hall. The Rykker's, who've only become prominent since the Defiance of Duskendale were given the Lordship of both those regions, with both settlements and respective lands sacked and ravaged by Tywin Lannister at the behest of King Aerys II. And who knows if they may have displeased the current rulers if they stayed loyal to the Iron Throne/Cersei. ((Or one of the lands owned by the Tully's, but I doubt the feasibility of that due to if/when a player wants to be House Tully, to find out that they have one less piece of land.)) Aerion will just have to accept what he can earn, and then move on from there. I'd prefer Duskendale, as it would most likely be the larger of the two settlements, but a castle and town is a castle and a town. The lore specifically mentioned that Hollard Hall was hit harder of the two settlements/castles/regions. It the CK2 mod it has since been rebuilt, but your call. I will let the roleplay take me wherever it goes. I am working on my post, and hope to have it out sooner rather than later.
