[@PyroDash888] I think 10-15 seconds is overkill considering that's enough time to get someone obliterated without much chances of counterplay going on with Hunters/Huntresses around her level (Bayonetta in Smash Bros, for example, can freeze people for 2-3 seconds, which is enough to instakill anyone close to a ledge in real-time). My suggestion is to make the it scale based on who exactly sees it. (ie. some can't focus for several seconds, veteran fighters can recover within a short timespan, and people who literally can't feel fear recovers quickly). We have to keep in mind that Blaire has her own weapons to go WITH the game Semblance so that kind of Semblance needs some form of clear weaknesses to the people it works on. She may be a side character but I just kinda want to give enough feedback to make her feel like a solid character on her own with those kinds of details!
