1- Digimon are unknown to the general population. They may or may not be known by one or more government agencies.
2- Degeneration occurs in Tamer-bound Digimon most of the time, when their energy is depleted. When a Digimon without a Tamer degenerates, it's a real possibility that they may die.
3- The site is a guideline, since the RP is based on the Digimon Crusader game.
4- That all depends on two separate things: the type of Digimon data the Digimon has absorbed, and the Tamer's emotional state.
5- It would need a good reason, based on its lineage (yes, Digimon reproduce in this; in order to keep it PG-ish, reproduction is akin to how [url=https://www.halopedia.org/Huragok]Engineers[/URL] reproduce in the Halo canon).
