[@zarkun] The system was mostly made to simplify battles so that they could be simply and easily carried out and monitored by the GM. This system will definitely change in the future (when the off-guild site launches in full and we move to a new thread), but as of right now this is how it goes. 

If everyone's okay with it -- seeing how the rules surrounding battles currently aren't completed -- we could just open moves up to any move that a Pokemon can naturally learn (still measured in CP for power, just available typings open up). But the line will be drawn there -- no breeding moves, tms, etc, until things get settled with the site. Status effects and such will be up to the writer's discretion; any conflicts can be directed to me.
