The game, how it's shown in the series, what have you. This is a continuation of GX which continues off of DM in which Duke Devlin and Dungeon Dice Monsters exists, and therefore Dungeon Dice Monsters should still exist in this series and I'm disappointed it was never touched on in GX. Or maybe it was and I missed it.

Dragonmancer technically isn't already in a duel, he's just currently talking to someone about starting one.
